戴黎斌 教练

戴黎斌，男，1994年2月生，安徽无为人，博士，海洋渔业科学与技术系教练。现任北太平洋渔业训练营会（NPFC）秋刀鱼工作组副主席、新资源评估模型工作组负责人。
